One Step Forward Leisure Night Trek18 June 2005 Saturday
inter-Generational Affinity Project (i-GAP) is organizing a fundraising leisure night trek that will bring you to parts of Singapore you have probably not seen. Starting in the late evening, our trek will begin in Labrador Park and end at night in West Coast Park. Along the way we will pass historic monuments from World War Two, enjoy a breathtaking sunset in an invigorating walk along a jetty stretching into the sea, and take in a canopy walk above trees at night, among other highlights. The more adventurous among you may even want to trek through an optional challenging nature trail.
In beautiful natural settings, our trek will take in a variety of flora and possible sightings of rare birds.Whether to retrace history, find time for personal reflection in the still of the night, discover new photography spots, have a fun night out with family and friends, or simply to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, you have every reason to register for this fantastic trek!
