guess what.. they just called me.. today.. at around 11.30am.. which is almost ONE DAY LATER.. and that lady spoke as if nothing HAPPEN... NO COMPENSATION.. NOTHING...

If you do not have a plan or planing to change service provider.. do NOT go to them... BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. OH... I DON EVEN CALL THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...

of course.. this is what i been through.. and i think i SHOULD SHARE MY EXPERIENCE...
