SingNet.. FORGET IT...

this is the WORSE experience i got so far... as a consumer.. this type of service is not ACCEPTABLE...

How BIG a company is SingTel?
How many CUSTOMERS are they serving?
How many of their CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF are they working?
AND HOW MANY DID THEY EMPLOY?

All these questions are so obvious.. and i still cannot CALL THROUGH the customer hotline.. hours... and they still dare to use this voice recorder.. DUE TO HIGH CALLS.. blah blah blah.. wth...

This is certaintly unforgiven.. whats worse.. i call up their HQ.. guess what that person said.. we will call you back.. when i ask how long.. all she could say is as soon as possible... and for more than TWO BLOODY HOURS.. i haven not got their call...

Is the HOTLINE NUMBER just put for DISPLAY? i also EMAIL my complaint... TWO DAYS AGO.. and till NOW.. NO RESPONSE.. yes.. i am very pisssssssssssssssss OFFFFFFF..
